By invitation. No membership fee. A Circle for women and men.
TLWC is a private, invitation-only international Circle for founders, executives, managers and entrepreneurs. It brings together more than 3,600 profiled professionals in five countries through curated experiences. Luxury, retail, lifestyle, hospitality and food and drink are among the most represented sectors.
Women are at the heart of the Circle, but men are part of it too: 72% of members are women and 28% are men. Some gatherings, such as Early Talks, focus on women in leadership; others bring a mixed audience together. Each invitation specifies who the event is for.
Start with the membership application. Share your background, interests and what you would like to contribute. The Builders’ board reviews applications each month and decides on admission. Membership is by invitation and has no fee. Women are at the heart of TLWC, with selected gatherings welcoming men too. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
There is no individual membership fee. Members contribute through their presence, care, ideas and participation. Company partnerships are separate B2B relationships. The details of each experience are shared in its invitation.
No. Members apply for activities through the app, and places are confirmed after approval. Every gathering has its own audience, capacity and selection. Profiles, interests and group dynamics help shape the table.
AI supports contact research, profile matching and suggestions for experiences and affinities. Our systems connect applications, confirmations, previous encounters and feedback. The team keeps the final judgement human: technology helps us spend more time with people.
Discover activities, apply to attend and continue relationships after an event. The app lets members see who they met and when, send messages, keep private notes and receive matching suggestions.
Builders help care for and develop the Circle alongside the TLWC team. They welcome members, decide on membership admissions and shape four areas: Welcome & Member Development, Arts & Culture, Leisure and Magazine.

We start with your objectives and audience, then shape a format and location together. TLWC supports profile research, guest selection and coordination through a partner portal. Brands can host an experience, co-create an event or develop an ongoing programme, including Circle Card benefits.
The Circle Card connects members with benefits from selected partners, which may include previews, gifts, special invitations, consultations and experiences. Availability and terms depend on the participating partner and the current offer.
TLWC has bases in Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Spain and the United Arab Emirates. Milan is home to Il Salotto. The programme for each location is shared through the Circle’s channels and member app.
