Marina Montalto
A place to be yourself.
Beyond the title.
Marina founded Minerva, her sensory branding agency, at 26. Entering a new professional world was exciting, and sometimes lonely. She wanted a place where ambition and a good laugh could sit at the same table.
It started with a message: “Hi, I am Marina. Would you like to join me for a virtual aperitivo?” LinkedIn conversations became video calls, then real tables and regular dinners. People came back. The relationships grew.
